This was a great show and great promotion for the U. I have even more confidence in Feeley than I did from initial reports, the man is a technician in the gym. We finally have a professional S&C program and I think this might be the biggest evolution in the program.

Loved the host running the "tunnel of pain" and working out with the team. Show was good stuff. It's early, but I like what Feely is cookin'.
 
Freely get's it.................he is vested and all the guys want to max for him.....good stuff. Likes especially what Manny said, about being able to use great facilities to up our game.......good pub for our U.
 
Watching it now and I saw Ford in a cast. Does anyone know if he has the cast off his arm?

Also Bethel looks pretty big and finally ready to show what he has as a DT. I think people are sleeping on him.

Crazy to think we didn’t have a nutritionist till Richt got here.

Blades is everything you want in a player and leader. True Cane!

This is a great recruiting tool to show recruits.

Donaldson is an absolute monster.

Saw a lot of mobility work. Hopefully this helps us stay away from all those dreaded ACL tears that Richt coached teams seemed to have.
