Canes help open the NYSE this morning

i cant view the video or pictures at work, but is it safe to assume we did not have any WRs present? I wonder if the NYSE requested no WRs for fear of causing the dow to drop?

Rough time to be fully invested in the market with the 20% drop we just took.

Many just hold through all market conditions-which has worked great for the last 10 years but I can't stomach a 2008 type year. Some bear markets can take a decade or more to recover.

Truth. The past week was tough to watch.

Yeah I sold some in the fall but not enough.

These days I'm shocked when check the financials and the market is not down at least 1.5%. Nothing like self-inflicted uncertainty when there were already downward fundamentals to begin with.

At least the Canes might have been assigned a good day

As much as I hate the state of this program:

The Pinstripe bowl is a cool experience for these young men. Most of these Miami boys have never gotten to visit the Big Apple, much less at Christmas time. A memory they will never forget. Fire CoRch Richt. Oops. Almost made it.

I also caught the live instagram feed that JJ and also Shaq filmed while they were in the building. All three of our players were so excited and really awestruck - you could see it. Before the video the NYSE posted, there was about 10 minutes of talk. Jaquan and one of the Wisc players signed the log book on the stand. They are now entrenched in NYSE history. Shaq made a comment that really summed up the non football part of this trip for the guys on this team. He said

"I'm just a guy from Duval. I'm not supposed to do this but here I am."

This bowl experience and trip to NYC is SO much more than football for these kids....

Any truth to the rumor that Rosier stared at the bell for too long while trying to figure out what to do, then just ran?

Very cool.

For a myriad of reasons I like to mock "THE" city and I'm always leery of playing football in baseball stadiums but this bowl has seemingly been a first rate experience both for the kids and in the publicity its provided.
