Canes go 8-4 and golden gets fired

Are they saying that stuff about UF? Because our slug has an almost identical 4 year record as theirs.

Florida had no probation, and last year went 4-8, losing to Georgia Southern at home!

They also went 11-2, were very much in the MNC conversation and went to the Sugar Bowl. A duck is a duck man.

Again - Florida had no probation, and last year went 4-8, losing to Georgia Southern at home! Stop ignoring how bad he was instead of how good he was, it is exactly the swings that got him fired. To the folks who can will not focus, I am not talking about Golden, or sharing an opinion on Golden, I am talking about Muschamp, ok?

Also, that 11-2 was lead by some very experienced studs!!! They should have lost a few more, but the kids bailed him out! As for me, I'm ****ed, but if we win out, would like to see one more year!!

The fact that our fans even care enough to entertain this tells you how far we've fallen and how pathetic the situation is.

Under any metric relative to this program and what this program has proven itself capable of under competent stewardship, Folden has been an abysmal failure exactly like Muscrap and Hoke. Problem is that our fans are such sissies that we've allowed the media to frame the story in a way that makes UM look like a schlep program that should be grateful for whatever Folden does while ufayg and Michigan should be allowed to expect more than what Muscrap and Hoke delivered.

Who gives a fck what the ****** reactive media thinks? It's broken. Fix it.

UM, if it's going to worry about public perception, should be very concerned of being publicly convicted of racism if it keeps Folden for doing the exact **** for which they fired Shannon.

Shannon may have been part of the problem but it wasn't by choice. He wasn't the head man Coker was. When Shannon became HC he made some changes like asking shalalaa to chill on entry level requirements...he also did a lot of things differently than Coker did which shows you he was operating by choice but under the guise of Coker.

I understand what you're saying, but Randy was also a significant part of the previous regime that got fired. He was also instrumental in clearing out folks under him on the defensive side of the ball after the LSU debacle. This wasn't a Tommy Bowden resigning mid-season and let's give Dabo Swinney a try. He was a successful DC. They gave him a shot, but his elevation was highly unusual. He was part of the mess he inherited as the incoming HC.

Randy got 4. Hoke looks like he'll get 4. Muschamp got 4. That's pretty typical. It looks like Al will get 5 (gets probation discount).

I just can't put my money on a guy that does not have a single solid win in HIS ENTER CAREER.... It just puzzles me...I was rooting for the guy (WELL THE TEAM RATHER) vs. FSU... but I am all out

Right, so was I. Muschamp's Gators went 11-1 in 2012 regular season, finished ranked 3 in the BCS, and went to a sugar bowl. 22 months ago they finished the season ranked 9th.

OP asks would media perception be "Miami is unreasonable for firing Golden"? I point out that a guy who has higher accomplishments(BCS bowl game, MNC consideration, top 10 finish) at a parallel team with a similar overall record over the same amount of time was fired with little critical reception.

Your response was "Florida had no probation." Right.

Yes, I can read, and yes you sound like an idiot.

Thats it call people names again!

Hahaha, wtf. That's the most retarded thing I've ever heard.

It is true.

Maybe if we filled the stadium with 100k people like Michigan and Florida anybody would give a **** about our opinion. But we don't, and thus nobody cares what we as fans do or say.
