Randy had to go. His players quit on him just like Al's. However, Al only appeared an improvement -- he had a plan and Randy did not. Unfortunately Al's plan sucked so there has been no difference.

Sorry if I implied that players didn't quit on Al too. They certainly have since last year's FSU game. Al had his chance that year after beating the gator but fell on his face in Tally. Noles could have been had that year but Al had nothing for the second half and Jimbo did. If we score opening drive of second half, nole might have folded like the old days -- they were rattled going into halftime. Jimbo adjusted to Al's "keep them in front of you" none aggression defense and ate us up underneath the rest of game. Team quit after that game and only came back for nole game this year and then quit again. Why play hard for someone who coaches you to lose? I wouldn't.
