You named almost everything Kansas except Gates and Authur Bryants. Lol like Philly, I compare those 2 spots to Pats and Geno's. Tourist traps. Not the best BBQ.
Q39, Charbar, smokehouse BBQ (recommended by Guy Fieri), LCs and Fiorella

I used to live in KC also. It’s been a while for me as well. I lived all over on both sides.

Still say they have the best Bbq around. My favorite was Arthur Bryant’s. I wasn’t as wild about Gates as most people were. I also liked Jack Stack as well.

That’s like I’m RVA but no longer live in Richmond, VA.

Bryant’s meat was delicious (big confidence1000 pause). The sauce was gritty.

But I don't eat everyone's BBQ, beca7se I no longer eat pork, I treat it like seafood. I'm legit allergic to seafood. Not allergic to pork, but I'm staying away from the swine, so you're br8skey and burnt end and chicken better be on point or eff you, #idontwantit
