Feels like Gino has been edging this way pulling Villegas early recently for Farrow to PH. They also took the step of getting Farrow time in the field Tuesday versus immediately bringing Long in as a defensive replacement. Let’s hope Farrow is a better fielder in the game vs practice.
Kind of interesting they’re more comfortable with Farrow’s glove than Cyr’s. I suppose it’s positional although it might have been you that pointed out 2B isn’t an ultra premium defensive position.
Will be interesting. Likely to be a low scoring affair if pitchers are throwing strikes in these temps, so, we'll see if the offensive lineup changes can pay dividends.
