This cat Elder is the best CB since last year.. and yet, he is not even a starter smh.. He is silky smooth, can run and loves to hit.

I think he would play more if he wasn't always battling injury. I think his career is going to take off once he packs on a few more pounds. I distinctly remember him flying in like a kamikaze on a few tackles and having to leave the game for at least a few plays. He needs to talk to Brent Grimes IMO. That dude is in his 30s and still playing at a high level with his limited size.

I'm with you on this. This was one of the better videos. More football footage--less Joe Z. They should just keep him to voice overs. He's already bad enough on the radio, idk why they insist on showing his face.

I know it's more of the same, buy I can't help but think everytime I see a Canes practice clips on how things seem to lack intensity vs. when I used to go to practices during the mid 80's thru early 90's. They used to flat out get after it in practices. The coaches went hard on the players with instructions and motivation. The player competitions were intense and they talked alot of ****t. You had to get it done or they would send your *** over to the scout team for seasoning. I guess the best comparison I could give you guys is- Practices back then were like pit bull fights and these clips like a Thursday walk through before a game. Guys were short of actually fighting to earn a position and playing time. Fellas this aroma therapy, don't get physical and dam sho don't hit BS coaching ain't gonna cut it!

hey texacane, why don't you come meet me I'll beat the **** outta you so ****** hard you piece of ****

Zagacki is a microcosm of this entire program.

Looks bad, sounds bad, and is maintained like something that is 50 years past it's prime.
