Now if he can get us til the 4th or 5th, we put less stress on the pen. It was a bad inning but could have been worse. Pop up we misplayed, and then hung a breaking ball with two strikes. No big deal, we have to score runs now. Gotta battle

Worst case it breaks up the pitcher's momentum and gives Palmquist a little longer breather after basically pitching 2 full innings.
