Hit in the head and no body movement. We would have seen him reaching for his head in pain or moving his body. Like in football, on big hit where a guy is down, but he's moving his limbs back and forth because of the pain.

There is no time limit for a concussion. It's like falling asleep at the wheel while driving. You may have fell asleep for a split second, but you still fell asleep.
