Have to recruit ELITE athletes.. All starts with recruiting.. Not a surprise, our projected top 10 picks were our top recruits 5 star/borderline 5 star talents..
Yeah but I’m talking about testing well athletically like the Ohio state guys

Sonny Styles may have test well athletically at the combine, but who ran his *** over in the CFP? I believe Reese got pancaked several times during that game as well

Yea Im fully aware and 100% with you.. You get those type of athletes by having athletic profiles and standards and recruiting then developing them.. I said it back in conference championship week when watching Osu and Uga/Bama game we still have a ways to go to revamp the LB room..

Cant have 6'5 guys testing out crazy if you not recruiting them and hoping a 6'0 190 guy can gain weight to 215/220.. That guy will never test out like Osu guys lol.. Our guys will test out that way when we recruit those type of guys.

I have to say that I believe I've enjoyed hearing Cam, last year, and the group of players this year talk more than I ever have any other collective groups in the past. These transfers only spent one year at UM and you can just really hear the love and respect for the staff, culture and school.

Mario gave them the opportunity and they delivered. Homerun evals on Jakobe and Keionte. Incredible coaching effort as well because Keionte was coming off a down year playing outside and while Jakobe was in line to start, I don't think he would have had the same impact at Tenn.

Why aren’t our guys competing in drills?

Last game was 1/19/26 after a 16 game season. Most probably had to take some time off to heal up and only got 2-3 weeks of draft prep. I don't think any one of these guys was going to surprise and put up a 4.4 or sub 4.4 time. Its all downside risk.

Every team in the nfl will be at our pro day. They can do it there on better home field

not sure, especially if you are not first round lock.. Better to take advantage of 2 opportunities than depend on one and maybe slip or run bad time..
I get the long season, if guys were beat up, but our guys always used to compete.
