Are guys like Herndon and Walton fully healthy for the combine?
Who do you think can move the most with a good combine? I personally think it’s Berrios. If he shows some elite quickness it might get a team to reach a bit higher for his skill set. Possibly Herndon. If he’s healthy, I could also see him making a big jump.

Any other vital information anyone else should know going in?

Teams liked what they saw from Berrios at the Senior Bowl. A good combine can't hurt but he's already helped himself.

Walton needs to run well because he looks athletic on film and doesn't show consistent instincts/decisionmaking as a runner.

I think Herndon has the most to gain because it's a weak TE class so he could vault above other guys with a great combine.

Walton just put up 18 reps on the bench. Nice number for him.
Pretty solid for Walton. Some of RB are weak with the upper body only putting up < 14 reps. Really bad considering they should have been preparing for it. I beat that back in college and I didn't play football.

Some notable bench presses low and high:
Kerryon Johnson Auburn 11 reps
Rashaad Penny Sandiego St. 13 reps
Bo Scarbrough Alabama 14 reps
Mark Walton Miami 18 reps
Sony Michel Georgia 22 reps
Nick Chubb Georgia 29 reps
Saquon Barkley Penn St. 29 reps

Thomas could elevate from a 5th/6th round to a 2nd/3rd round if he performs well. His Senior Bowl practice already has helped his positioning even though he was injured and didn't play in the game.

LOL @ looking like that but only doing 14 reps.

I thought Bama's S&C was light year ahead of everybody's?

I like Chubb as a prospect but Barkley is on another level.

Can understand that, I'm just talking their combine numbers. I think people are really sleeping on Chubb. Compare their numbers from the Opening in HS

Barkley
5-11
208
40 - 4.63
20 Shuttle - 4.06
PB - 35
Vertical - 38
SPARQ - 116.79

Chubb

40 - 4.47
20 Shuttle - 4.12
PB - 43
Vertical - 40.8
SPARQ - 143.91

Because he's an overhyped Bama pussoi. They might be above average college players, but they underachieve across the board on the next level. That program is a meat grinder. Why any kid wants to play there is beyond me. They aren't even close to prepared for the NFL. Look how Sabah did in the league, he has no idea what an real NFL player looks like. ***** trick.

Go Canes!

I just watched the Saquon Barkely video of his bench press. I know the kid is very strong, but I gotta cry foul. He wasn't locking out his arms and I would say he was bring the bar about 7/8 of where it should be. When he started fatiguing around the 19th rep, you can see him locking out his elbows (the correct way). In other words, he was cheating the test kind of the way the people do rapid push ups when their team scores 50+ points. I would have made him do it over after the 1st few reps.

Chubb is a physical freak no doubt, barkley is now at 233, if he runs in the 4.4 range with all his other skills he’s going top 5. Chubb imo is a first round back but seeing what he runs now will be interesting. Remember dude had a really bad knee injury.
