Canes 16th in Coaches Poll

UNC at #9 is ridiculous. They have Miami to thank for that, it's our own **** fault. They lost to UVA and FSU, barely beat Boston College and Wake. They played NC State well and kicked the crap out of us, and that's literally it. And now they've lost almost 90% of their offensive production. I just don't get it. I'm not saying Miami is better than them but I would bet some good money that they don't end up anywhere near the top 10 by seasons end. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose to Va Tech in game 1.
Heisman candidate at quarterback.

Why is Florida so high? Every reason they were good last year is gone.
That's a **** good question, but the shiny bright glaring question is why this team is ranked so high. @cf3000

Yo, LOL’d for real when I saw that.

Gotta be Brian Kelly looking to get Notre Dame some credit for a “good win” since they’ll be in Trailerhassee for Week 1.

Irish lose to those scrubs and Kelly gonna be right back on the hot seat. 😏

Just as an FYI, UNC brings back almost the entire offense. 8/11 starters are returning. They did not lose 90%. lol
Not even close to being true. They lost 84% of their rushing production, 65% of their receiving production and 73% of their scoring production.

Where are we & Alabama ranked after we rail them? I’ll guess we move up to 9/10 and they find a way to keep them in the top four.

Personally, I always prefer to be ranked last in every preseason poll even with DII and DIII teams higher.

The fun and joy of rising and making all the CFB GURUS look as they look is awesome endorphin food.

Preseason polls worthless , but that’s just me

As long as we beat VT, I'm happy. Them and unc-r are the top games we circle. Losing Javante and Carter definitely hurts but the transfer from Tennessee is supposed to be fantastic.
Look everybody, we've got ourselves a UNC fan here.

Based on the past several years the pre season rank of 16th seems quite a stretch to say the least. We shall see but in order for UM to make strides they must beat NC and stay in the ballgame with Alabama. It's about time to show up to one of these big games and show the country we are a quality team. That will be up to Manny and his staff.
