Yeah, its old. But having watched it again, Kiy Hester: cot****! Hope he is part of the answer for us at Safety.
 
Speaking of old, I am still bothered that UM couldn't turn a blind eye to make a major academic exception for DT Bobby Leath from Lake Wales, FL. He ended up at a Coffeyville JUCO in Kansas and from there was supposed to head to KSU courtesy of his former High School coach who happen to get a job coaching in Kansas. KSU is now starting to slow play him with a wait and see approach do to academic concerns, which is ironic.

I believe he may have red-shirted in his first year (2013) in order to get his academics started on a stable foundation, since there is only his spring practice highlights and I think 1 games from the 2013 season vs NE Okla A&M.

If ever there was a case in the last 3yrs UM could have had labeled learning disabled for admission purposes Leath would be in my top 2. Hopefully UM will stay intouch with him and monitor his academic progress, to set him up as a plan C type DT for 2015 if we miss on some other prospects.

Now back to the old topic. This class looks beastly and can't wait to see them 2 or 3 years down the road.

Funny how Leath was offerd by Miami early in his junior year, so apparently staff had a different view point about him then you hmmmmm go figure.

Redshirt don't happen for academic reasons at UMiami. If a kid is in, you won't have to worry about him academically. Our coaches have staff that make sure kids go to class and study halls.
