Would love to have McFadden in this class, but i wouldnt be surprised if he does choose FSU, i cant understand how you honor Sean Taylor who is your favorite player but you're a Nole fan.

a lot of kids are like that......

i remember the LB Jelani Jenkins that committed to Florida, said his favorite player was Sean Taylor.

A lot of these kids that are playing at different schools say that Sean Taylor was their favorite player.... a lot of ppl were just fans of him but not fans of the school.

I was a big fan of Charles Woodson when he was at Michigan, but I never liked Michigan.

Then we should pass a law that you can't be just a fan of the player, you have to be a fan of the school. Or at least tell them that.

Isn't he related to Bryant McFadden? If so the FSU thing explains alot...

I believe they're cousins

Everybody's got a cousin in Miami.

brah...they have the same dang last name.....lol....Go to the same high school.....ummm they arent play cousins.

Its south florida man....lot of island people...**** my dad has 9 brother and sisters...im knee deep in cousins..lol...and **** near all of them played sports like me.

Like how many brothers and sisters did Mike Irvin have? Was it 18? Or 27? I don't remember, it was some ridiculous number. I used to share an office with a woman who was from Liberty City, so she used to educate me about black culture in south Florida. When I told her that I read that Mike Irvin's father was a weekend minister with a church up in Georgia, she said, "Yeah, with probably a whole other family up there."

Was Jammi German related to Edgerrin James? Edge's father's name was Ed German, as I recall. Seems like a lot of people in that part of Florida are related to one another.

Irvin had 17 brothers and sisters--I checked. As far as another family up the road; I don't know, it's just something that my African-American woman friend speculated, and she was cynical. During her day, she was probably the smartest girl at Northwestern.
