Cancel the ND game

THIS HAS BEEN ND MOTTO GOING ON 20 YEARS WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO CONCENTRATE ON WINNING THE CONFERENCE...JUST FOCUS ON USC OR ONE OTHER GAME A YEAR AND THEN YOUR GONNA...SERVICE ACADEMY...STANFORD IT UP THE REST OF THE YEAR.
But Mario will be too proud….we’re gonna show them and play ND. There is no benefit to playing that game. In fact I wouldn’t play any P4 games unless it’s a Purdue or UCF. Guarantee yourself 4 wins. And space the games out throughout the season to have extra built in byes. There is no reason not to. Then just go out and win the ACC

Drop those MF’ers, schedule 3 G5 tomato cans and focus all of our resources and manpower on the conference schedule. Imagine all the effort we put into the first few games ND, Ufag , usf went towards Ville instead we’d have crushed them. We literally have room for only one loss especially with these convoluted tie breaker rules.

And the administration are fools if they don’t announce it before Sunday, not that it will matter. Specifically address the committee and reference not playing independent teams who are able to load their schedule up with losers while we’re at the whim of a conference that does everything they can to load the schedule against us…..7 in a row, byes for teams before they play us, officiating, etc.

ACC is contracted with ND to schedule games against us. Plus, we need to play them to earn $ for TV viewership part of new ACC agreement. That’s not happening.

Then we have to go undefeated and/or win the ACC or get left out of the playoffs every year. Seems like a great setup

Going the opposite direction.

I say we schedule four of the biggest juggernaughts out of conference every year. BYU//USC/ND whomever

1) What we're doing now won't work
2) SEC and Big 10 are going to go the "schedule nobody" route too
3) Canes will be a top 5 watch every week
4) If we go 10-2 with that sort of schedule, we get in
5) Will help with recruiting

You’re acting like they have all the power. Cancel the game. What can they do? Sue? Get in line. 🦡

We'd 100% get left out in that scenario

Nope. If you keep our same 2 losses this year, and replace UF and USF with wins over USC and Texas Tech, we're in.

More than that, if UF had been the old UF, and USF had stayed on to be a playoff team - we'd also be in.

You are one starry eyed dreamer 😂

1. we dont need help with recruiting.

2. we still arent in the big 10 or sec so "our scheduling" doesnt matter either way ( we play the same schedule as nd now)

3. we won be top watch every week...and if u want to go that route then go independent and sell yourself as Notre dame since we are the draw right?.

4. we are 10-2 now and not in.
