Can We stop the crying folks...

Sad, those are not real Cane fans.

I think some of the SOFL kids want to stay home and others want to get out of town, that has a lot to do with it IMO. If you saw the Kai Hester or Brandon Powell twitter they get it, called opportunity which is what kids are looking for. I am hopeful we don't lose recruits, many seem solid Chad, Kaya and others and believe they can come in here and be program changers. The coaching staff is another story.

...the calvary is coming!!! This class we have coming in this year will be the first without all the NCAA crap and look what we have committed so far. If we add DC, who if he did not see last night he is needed, is blind. We played last night with a serviceable stable of rbs and two of our top 4 receivers on the sidelines. Guys could not get any separation.

As for the defense, we have several of our top Dlines as waiver wire guys. Also, we had NO depth at linebacker this year.

Let's see what this class can do, we have some key guys enrolling early, a minimum of 8, that will be able to help.

I'm not happy with the showing, but we have played and recruited with one hand behind our back. Something like 72 players and a handful that should not be here, but had to take for numbers.

We all questioned Al over the past few years on the recruiting front and he say, we are working to get it back, and look what he is able to do with the NCAA stuff cleared.

This brand of Miami football is embarrassing and unacceptable.

We deserve better.

Could not agree more!! Please don't get me confused with someone who does not want more. I also know we are playing with a bunch of country club holders and with the NCAA cloud. I think we will see better with better players. Wonder how many True freshmen FSU, Duke, VT or Louisville had to depend on to deliver for the team, like we do with Stacey Coley. Or better yet, the true sophomore dbs.

If the class doesn' implode and disintegrate, which is a definate possibility.

why should it, jameis Winston took a 2-4 loss team to the championship. Please go look at what this guy has done with this class. We have no real good dline and our lb depth got hurt in the offseason with EJ, the lakeland kid and Gabe f-ing up!

Also, like a third of the class will be here in early January.

I really believe some of our "fans" would like to see the class implode.
The class isn't going to solve Al's inability to get ready for big games, especially one where we had a month to prepare.

you're funny!!! Lets talk when the talent level is really equal between the good teams we are playing against. You're probably one of the fans that think we win because we are UM, it would be different we had lost to a team or two this year with losing records. We lost to some very good teams.

Who are the teams you played this season with better talent then the canes other then FSU and uf

The only people who believe we don't deserve better are the people with the loser mentality that the administration desires. THEY are the problem with our culture. U FAM this, Golden's pillars that. How about we sack up and win some ****ing games? Enough with the fluff. I care about this PROGRAM and not some fat **** from New Jersey.

Can't get something from people who can't physically give it to you. We have more coming this year. We have a full class of Al's first choices, not some last minute after thoughts.

I was at the game and embarrassed as ****, but deep down I know we have played the past few years at a disadvantage. Again, let's see what he can do with his top choices.

Ummmm, you do know that the guy who is in charge has had 3 years to fix the mistakes right? Yeah I know all about the cloud, but wasnt one of the qualities that was paraded about Golden on here being he was a great talent evaluator? I understand that he couldnt get the studs to beat a top 10 team but surely he could have and should have done better than to get beat by Duke and embarrassed in a bowl game by UL? The Randy excuse is gone and the cloud excuse does not apply here. He had three years to fix things to a decent level, and the cloud was only preventing us from being elite. Not saying it was a shoe in to beat UL, but what happened last nite was a debacle. People arent crying, they are furious. Posters were being ridiculed anytime anyone would bring up anything anti-Golden, and all the while were just spot on, so if you could kindly.........

FSU has several SO, RSFR, FR that are contributing early

R. Aguayo - kicker - RSFR
C. Beatty - starting punter - SO
R. Darby - starting cb - SO
M. Edwards Jr - starting de - SO
E. Goldman - starting dt - SO
J. Ramsey - starting safety - FR
Terrence Smith - starting lb - SO
P.J. Williams - starting cb - SO
J. Winston - starting qb - RSFR
N. Andrews - nickelback - FR

Plus several that play special teams

GTFO with that judgmental, better-fan bull****.

No I am one of the fans who grew up watching UM, have an undergraduate degree from UM, and soon a professional degree from UM. I am a fan who's family has given money to UM. I am a fan who expects excellence out of the football program. I am a fan who expects the program to show a dedication to winning.

You clearly are a fan who the new-era administration loves. Complacent, happy with mediocrity, willing to make excuses at their every failure. I don't expect UM to win because they have a U on their helmet. If that is what you read from all of this, then you really are as stupid as I believe you to be. I'll say it one more time: we do not need elite talent to go 11-1 with the **** schedule we had. We do not need elite talent to not get blown out by Louisville in our first bowl game in two years. That has nothing to do with having unrealistic expectations.

I'll stop the crying when our staff shows the ability to consistently develop our 3-5 star talent.

One of the big selling points about Golden was his supposed ability to do more with less and develop talent. Why do we need 5 star talent three deep to beat Duke and VT, if he was supposed to be such a great COACH?

But, but...we just need All-American talent at every position. Then we'll win da Coastal for sure! Right guysm?!

Someone remind me: Who were all the 4 and 5 star studs on Vag Tech and Duke when they stomped us?

Cool, but with the exception of maybe two on that list all the folks on the All ACC and All-american team were upperclassmen...we had upperclassmen on the list but our BEST players on offense and defense, sans Perryman are underclassmen. And Allen Hurns is not a game changer!!!

FSU is the only team on our schedule this past year who we needed "game changers" to beat. Keep on with your excuses, Dr. Shalala.

I hear you! I'm standing by my feeling that this incoming class and the leaving of the current seniors will help in a big way this coming year.

I believe Golden has only two full classes that are really his own 2012 and 2013--I also believe the loss of your two best offensive players is a burden --Duke Johnson and Phillip Dorset

We didn't lose because we lacked talent last night. We lost because we were not prepared for the first bowl game many of them had ever played in, the first in 3 years. We lost because everyone on the team got their **** pushed in because we have a *****-made attitude. The first 4th down attempt was all I needed to see. The entire line got pushed back 4 yards, one of our most supposedly "talented" groups. They were not ready to play. I have no idea what they did for 4 weeks, but it wasn't preparing.

The 2001 team would not have won against the good teams with this lack of preparation and lack of determination. Think about that.

Are you sure that this next recruiting class will put us at Duke's level of talent? I'm not really sure. I think we might need a couple more.

What makes mes laugh about this whole situation is watching people talk about the talent issue as if those complaining are only complaining because we are losing. Seriously, due to the talent issue and the NCAA issues, I as a fan, was willing to give a pass on win/loss this year. What I am not willing to give a pass on is the abortion of a defense we have. Teams that should give up over 500 yards a game are Troy, FAU, FIU, Western Kentucky, etc..... Miami, even with the NCAA cloud, even with players getting the boot, has not had worse than the #36 recruiting class. All other classes have been top 20 at least. We should have accidentally found some studs in classes like that if the players were being properly developed. You think VT and Duke feel bad for us recruiting? No they just keep developing 2 and 3 stars to max potential. Even with the players that left, I'm not expecting our defense to be elite, but there is no reason we should give up 500 yards a game to crap offenses like WF, Duke, and VT. I guess we can continue pulling in top 20 and top 10 classes and we can just keep saying we don't have talent.

Golden slurpers!!!!!

Wake up!!!! We still can't win the coastal even when the teams **** near lie down for us!

We got raped by duke!!! Not even radio or Coker had that
