Our number one problem is recruiting and second not enough good Miami guys in coaching. Can you imagine Ed Reed the future Hall of Fame, top 100 coming into your house to recruit you? What parent wouldn't want their son to be coach by Ed? Not just that he would help build the culture the way it should be built, on hard work and perfecting your craft.

Yes and Dorsey as OC, Andre Johnson as WR, Clinton Portis as RB and Shockey at TE positions. What could go wrong...(sarcasm)
OC and WR I understand but Portis needs a good Lawyer if he does not want to go to jail and Shockey is Shockey so NO.

lolol yea so he can do what the other former players have done, yea okay sounds bout right for Miami. Oklahoma, Alabama OSU and mitre dame have won for centuries, not 25 years and have players all over the mld hall, how many former players they have on staff. Some of our fans are like the people that’s led us the past 2 decades. #tnm

He can't be worse than what they have. He actually has NFL experience as a DB coach.

Jim Leonard went from no experience calling defenses to one of the better DC's in the country. You're telling me Ed can't do just as well?

Ed is in top 3 safeties to ever play this game. However there is no evidence that it will translate to him being a good coach.

This "Miami Guy" narrative continues even though it fails almost 100% of the time.

Does anyone know if Reed has even expressed interest? Some ex-players don’t want to make that kind of commitment.

In regards to Dorsey does anyone know what responsibilities he’s actually had as far as being a QB coach?

Most of Dabos upcoming staff is former clemson player, ****brain

Most?

4 of his 11 assistants are Clemson alumni.

That’s 36%.

I see math isn’t a strong suit of yours.

Man stop it with this crap of wanting to hire alumni. I want real coaches. Coaches that have coaches and recruited at a high level before. Not coaches that you dont know how they will turn out. Give me high floor guys in coaching **** the high ceiling dudes that currently dont know ****.
