ACC needs to move UNC Duke UVA to Atlantic and move Louisville BC Pitt to Coastal

When we go to 16, move GT to Atlantic and put two new teams (ND + 1?) to Coastal

Yeah. We could consider ourselves an FCS team. It's really all we are anyway.

Frolden & Flake are now looking to schedule ACC opponents as non-conference games, but only if the game results in a loss. However, if the game results in a win (LOL), each half-game would count as a whole game, but only if played on a weekend or weekday.

Sun Belt, lower tier teams only, would be scheduled as pseudo-conference games. These also would be subject to the rules, exclusions, and limitations, as set forth in paragraph 1, sentence 2.
