Can Mario keep his pay but take a demotion from HC to asst HC/ lead recruiter

Obviously that demotion idea is ridiculous… but he should be strongly encouraged from the powers that be to surrender totally autonomy to a new OC this offseason.

Kliff Kingsbury, Ken Dorsey… they get total control of the offensive philosophy so RIP Mario’s ground and pound conservative offensive approach.
