Without Banda, Manuel would’ve been S.O.L for all these years.

I'm not saying there aren't guys with better innate talent for evals and sales. Of course there are.

But recruiting is a lot more about perspiration than inspiration, and that goes for the whole staff.

A coach can also get a lot better at evals through serious study.

Our current recruiting class is pretty empty, and I'm more focused on needs than overall numbers.
