Can anybody get us updates on S&C?

It's a slow period, and I know the "coach speak" / "player speak" will consist of "I'm bigger, faster, stronger" and "never been worked so hard".

But beyond that, can any of you connected guys get some feedback on the new S&C program and coaches from the kids?

Does it matter? You will get the generic nonsense that comes with a new coach. Remember what was being said when Golden took over? It was nothing but positives and it all turned out to be BS.
