I wanted to post my experience on gameday, since all I see is coaching and player analysis.

1) Other Fans
Yes, I know most on here can't stand Gator fans or the team as a whole. However, I did find that when treated with respect, it was reciprocated. I had quite a few talks with fellow college football fans. There was respect for my Canes and a mutual love of college football and hatred of the Noles. Getting along was key during very CRAMPED conditions.

2) Stadium's LACK of staff
OMG, I have never seen such a lack of staff for such a large event. No crowd control. Lack of signage and the WORST was cramming people into tiny entrances instead of hiring enough people to open all the gates! They gated off most of the stadium and forced people into the far corners to enter! PLUS, they only opened general admission 2 hours before kick off knowing full well they didn't have the full stadium opened up. It took over a half hour to get inside with ticket in hand. Absolute BS.

3) Exiting the stadium.
Absolute cluster f___. The escalators were a death trap and I witnessed a pair of elderly people nearly get trampled at the base of a moving escalator because the crowd had nowhere to go!

4) Game itself
Look, I would have been happier with a win, but I sure as **** got my money's worth. We were in it the entire game including a halftime lead. The fans went crazy for the 305 chain. Touchdown bling was also kind of cool. I spoke with other Canes leaving and we all agreed that our offense was better this season.

I feel like the event could have gone way better with more staff with more understanding on how to handle an event this size. This was my 4th Canes game here, and by far the worst managed. I have never had such an experience with the crowds.
