The hardest position to play in sports with a bad supporting cast is QB and it's not even close: if your line can't block, your running game doesn't ease the pressure, and your TEs/WRs can't get open or catch, there is literally NOTHING you can do to be effective!

On top of that, I read that Cam has been battling a calf/ankle injury so he's likely not 100%--go figure with that offensive offensive line.

Yeah, I don't believe that for a second. I think he's facing bias because of his size and poor 40 time, but think under the lights he's a great, crafty route runner with deceptive speed and quickness and sure hands. He's exactly the type of wr who could take some pressure off Cam underneath, over the middle finding holes in the zone, and in the flats.

His receivers have been legitimately TERRIBLE--as in way worse than George, Arroyo, and X--dropping all sorts of catchable passes and getting no separation. The only one who has been decent is #5 Ayomanar: another rookie, albeit with size. The best thing the Titans could do for Cam is get him a trustworthy safety valve.
