Cam McCormick

Cam’s blocking turns what would be short gains into chunk plays for our RBs. If our WRs also become fierce blockers, our RBs should have a lot more explosive plays this year. He’ll also give significant protection to our QB. Great pickup for us this offseason as we’ve been missing that for a long time.

Excellent pick up by Mario.. Cam fills a position in the TE room that he knew we needed to perfection. It’s crazy that the “mopes” who ridiculed this portal pick up bc they know more about building an elite football program than Mario didn’t get it ??🤔

****, I didn't even notice him during the game but after watching this I think he's low key one of the players of the game

I do have to say, next to him, Riley Williams had a couple of nice blocks too. Watch the Chaney run and take a look at Riley, takes on the LB and sends him four yards to the other side of the field.

Our TE coach might be the goods.

Key blocks on a few TDs I’d say he was probably as impactful as he could be as a TE without touching the ball.

Very valuable player. If we gave more guys just performing their role at a high level we could be a really good team

Riley look like a future BEAST.. Seems like he has potential to be a complete TE, has size and will to block really good and looks natural catching the ball and good running in open field.. He got next..

People need to start looking at the H-Back a lot like a TE/FB hybrid that it is. Having an H-back that can't block is a problem in an offense like this. Having a player that can do both is hard to come by.

I look at the tightend room like this

H-back - Block first gravy anything else
Inline tightend - somewhere in the middle
Flexed out TE - Catch first/Basically a WR
