Happy to be 6-1 but with all of the concerning things that came out of last night (and the last two years) Manny's overall leadership is the most glaring. Stating the obvious but Cam has been bad the last few weeks. He is a pretty good power back and thats about it. He comes out and publicly complains about playing time and then gets rewarded more PT. He is at best the 2nd best back we have, most likely the 3rd. Thats the kinda BS that causes kids to transfer. Would have been great if Manny didn't cave on that one.

I would say that there isn't one back that is so much better that they deserve to be the starter.

I would also say that Cam is by far, the best blocker at the position.

People make mistakes and say stupid things. It's been two weeks, maybe he paid his penance and has been nothing but ideal since then.

People love to take things and add them to their agenda. You don't like Manny, have such a strong opinion on his leadership and you don't even see it in action. Cool post.

pretty corny post that got progressively cornier as you went on. I dont have an agenda, i dont hate manny at all. Im saying Cam did the opposite of earning more snaps but because he came out and cried about it, Manny and Co. gave him some hush snaps. that **** aint happening on a great team.

what is the point of threads/posts like these? Offensive run blocking sucks and Lashlee's run schemes leave a lot to be desired at times.

Roche got a dumbass penalty and was back out there the next play. That says all you need to see about this coaching staff
It blows my mind how Manny doesn’t hold these guys accountable. Roche gets a penalty he’s out next play, Wiggins, Pope drop a pass they are still out there, Pope gets a personal foul he is back next series. Pull these guys for a couple series or something. Idc if they only had 5 WR’s available.

You assume that there isn’t much a drop off between the person with the penalty and their substitute.

That's your take?

Again, do you know if he received any punishment for what he said? Did he go straight to the coaches apologizing when he realized what he did?

Nah, you don't, and it obvious to everyone with two eyes and a brain you've got a bone to pick. You do so knowing nothing about what went on behind closed doors.

Way to go bud. Forming concrete opinions with zero information besides what Cam put out into the world.

It is a core value of CIS

You might not care how many WR's are available, but you should think about what it says about the WR's who don't see much action behind these guys instead.

Fans are so dumb at times. Know what happens when players make mistakes, they get pulled off the field sometimes. Sometimes they're left out there to make up for their mistakes. Every case and person is different. Some need to get pulled, to settle down. Some need to stay out there, their own will makes them want to make up for it.

Our great Andre Johnson used to drop a lot of passes and immediately after being drafted, the Texans realized he had some eyesight issues. We sure didn't sit him much, he was the type that wanted to make up for it.

Pope, he frustrates me. Roche, that was a bull**** penalty.

Coaches want to win, they play those who they think will facilitate that. Pulling someone, that's a situational thing based on how players are as competitors.
