Toney is our number 1, but we need to get him a bona fide WR1a that will absolutely ensure he gets a fair share of 1v1 AND let at least 1 or 2 of Moore, Upshaw, Jojo and Wingo FAVORABLE matchups against DB3/DB4 to get them ready for WR1a role in 27.Too expensive and honestly I think with the Youth we have at WR I think it’s very important we add an experienced outside field stretcher. Coleman would be perfect but there are plenty of cheaper options that maybe wouldn’t be a certified WR1, but ultimately To eh is our WR1. And guys like Moore, Upshaw, Wingo, and maybe still Trader will be heavy rotation targets. They absolute key is having a guy that scares defenses downfield intermediate and deep that makes it so they can’t just 100% key on Toney and our Run game.
Thats why my list earlier was both Rutgers WR, either Clemson WR, and a few lower level guys that are proven deep threats. Like McMillan or Hendricks.
Not against it, though I think it probably more depends on who we get at QB…just with the way the QB cost seems to have skyrocketed, that really changes things.Toney is our number 1, but we need to get him a bona fide WR1a that will absolutely ensure he gets a fair share of 1v1 AND let at least 1 or 2 of Moore, Upshaw, Jojo and Wingo FAVORABLE matchups against DB3/DB4 to get them ready for WR1a role in 27.
Coleman is immediately my top choice, and the price shouldn’t be an issue for one year. That said, I would still be stoked if we get Duff, TJ Moore or Marsh. But that’s the list right there. I’m not sure anyone else fits the bill.
Got to spend money to make money. Not against it, though I think it probably more depends on who we get at QB…just with the way the QB cost seems to have skyrocketed, that really changes things.
Like I think getting a top Nickel, Center, LB, **** even I’d rather go slightly cheaper at WR To get a top TE… all that adds up…
Jeremiah Smith is an Adidas athlete. OSU is a Nike school. He’s a Nike NIL athlete; he’s not coming here
wym Emory Da Gawd is ready to goWe need to expeditiously lock in a QB
Yuo can dream. But it ain't happening.Toney and Coleman together. Can i dream?
Yes. Lay on a towel, though.Toney and Coleman together. Can i dream?
Only thing is who knows what that LSU offense is gonna look like everyone left for portal or NFL draftLSU with Lane seems like it would just make too much sense.
Yeah but if there’s one thing Lane is gonna do, it’s load up in the portal.Only thing is who knows what that LSU offense is gonna look like everyone left for portal or NFL draft
