Cam appreciation and excitement

I always want to see our Canes succeed, but it's been a long time since I've rooted this hard for a player to succeed. From the 0 star to the #1 overall pick story, to the way he carries himself with confidence, humility, work ethic and appreciation for his opportunities, not arrogance. He's the epitome of a great teammate. Even from the call to Restrepo, Titans coaches made it clear Cam put his name in the coach's ears for multiple rounds. Cam is already one of my all-time favorite Canes and I'm instantly a Titans fan as long as he's there. Very excited to watch what the future brings for him as I have no doubt he'll be successful.

I think he'll have an incredible career and go down as one of our GOATs. Great arm, accurate, versatile in his deliveries, great pocket awareness and escapability, decent speed, intelligent, thinks like a coach, and a leader. He's the total package, was more than deserving of the #1 pick, and I think he'll change that team from day 1.
 
It's just crazy to me how much people hate on him when the way he carries himself is exactly how people claim they want to see these players carry themselves. It tells me that they either didn't follow him to begin with so they just don't know, or they are just hating on him for ........... reasons.

Huge fan of his. To the point where I plan on going and watching them play Jacksonville this year. I’m not even that guy. Finally over the bowl game. Weird but oh well.

What’s not to love about this man young man and his family? Nobody sold this kid to the NFL. He sold himself, thru his hard work and dedication to his game. And,.. the belief in himself, fostered by the love of his Mama and family. He’s invested not entitled, he has humility, not hubris. His only expectations are what he can be, not what others say he is. He’s self made, legendary is built, piece by piece, not a prop slapped up on a wall. Look forward to watching this Kid build his legend. 🙌🏽 it’s all about everything you think it is. Go Canes

Just in case anyone thought there was no other serious interest.

Anyone who doesn’t view Cam as the best is doing so from nostalgic lens and that’s ok. QBs and QB play has evolved… 1* is without a doubt the best we’ve had. But **** I’m guilty of picking and choosing being nostalgic myself.

2Pac is the best rapper of all time and the ‘96 Bulls is the best basketball team… the reality of that is probably different or very debatable but you can debate ya mommas because I’ve made up my mind. 😏
 
Thinking back to when he was still contemplating whether or not to do another year in CFB or go pro and we were left in QB limbo, I understand now that he just really is a ridiculous competitor who possesses an incredible amount of self-belief. It's an overused phrase nowadays but with his mental makeup and ability he really is "built different".

Can't wait for the videos and inevitable media reports of him calling out Titan teammates at practice and holding them accountable.
