Are you related to flake james, you seriously trying to defend a failed incompetent who's had at least a 7 year run of mediocrity, the only sports teams winning on a regular basis are the female teams, that's not a coincidence when you got a castrated a.d. in charge. So are you seriously trying to use that analogy you just posted to try and defend flake, lol. How in the **** is hiring 1st time headcoaches when a program is in rebuild mode put in the category of "evidence UM is upgrading in football". Ill give you a clue, if a UM headcoach consistently gets along and sings the praises of the UM administration, that's a headcoach that wont be successful, the real headcoaches only do that at the introductory press conferences and after National championship and relevant bowl games wins.

You talking bout salaries and trying to justify why this incompetent mismanaged funds, what person in their right mind would give coach diaz the same salary as coach richt, that's an insult but further shows the cluelessness of that moron. If coach richt went 7 & 6, if anybody thought coach diaz was going to do better, they clearly dont understand real football. The 1st mistake coach diaz made was thinking just because enos already was coming from Bama, like that meant something, that **** wasnt impressive at all, and whatever signs you saying pointed to enos already being a good hire, i still havent seen em, and i said way back when, that **** didnt want to be the oc at Bama cause he didnt want to get exposed, so the smart move was finding a rebuild project by hus agent, only problem is, he did worst, his dink and donk mentality is the only reason qb's comp%'s go up under him, other than that, where was his successful resume as an oc at that i missed. Than he bashing Central Michigan like it was their fault he was a failure there, he'll go back into cooach hiding soon.

Well I hate to say I was wrong but I was.

I was sure that the idiot that posted that Lincoln Riley was only a coordinator was going to sneak in as the stupidest post of the year but I see that there were bigger idiots out there ready and willing to sneak in before the ball dropped tonight to take the title away....

Now with only a few hours left in 2019 I’m going to go out on a limb and say the OP WILL be the stupidest post of the year....But this is CIS so chances are I will be wrong again..
 
Money isn’t the issue. The BOTs and high rollers have stepped up. The problem is the people who decide how the money is spent.
