Golden value was 3.25 mil or 3.5 mil a year. He also had a decent buyout with the extension, hence Miami and him being in court.

Manny is around 4 mil a year, I am sure with a substantial buyout since Blake gave him everything to sign and not go to Temple.

I agree, some need to chill, but most of the hate is valid.
 
Meanwhile by the way, real coaches if we hired one cost between 5 and 7 with top commanding more. Like Urban Meyer would command 9 mil to coach at Miami.

James Franklin just re-signed for over 6 mil a year for 6 years.
 
yeah, and diaz wants to hire a yes man instead of highsmith. which diaz should have no say in who the hire is. unless highsmith gets an ungodly amount of money i see blake caving and saying yes to diaz and it won't matter.
