Pete/DMoney - are we still recruiting this kid? OG out of Georgia....Lord knows we need OL. At one point he was supposed to OV but I don't think that ever happened.

Curious about him and the 6-8 Bateman kid.

Disappointed that Richt hasn't been able to pull at least one or two more OL from GA.

We should be on every uncommitted and some committed OL prospects like white on rice at this point. If not, Richt is doing something wrong.

We've narrowed our focus to Herbert and Slaton. Not gunna sign more than 6 this class (Already have Gaynor, Donaldson, Dykstra, and Hillary committed). Don't need to target more from GA this class.

Slaton and Herbert are Gators, and Hillary will end up at Georgia Tech

Maybe we end up with a guy like Bateman.

Thus far Caleb Chandler has three OV's scheduled : Iowa St - 9/20, UF -9/27, and U of L -9/13. So he is booked up until NSD unless Miami can get him to flip one of the visits to UM or some how get him to take a mid week visit to UM

all we have currently committed are EE's so much more of time to prepare for the start of the season through the weight room and in game study & technique. Plus the transfer kid George Brown and the recruit Tre Johnson from last year.

Hillary is reportedly about to flip (mom wants him close to home) so that is one committed OL gone.

Slaton has reportedly named UF & UK his leaders because they are going to give him the chance to play DT, so that is potential Commit gone from the class.

Herbert is reportedly a strong UF lean whenever he flips from Mich. so that is another potential commit gone.

That leaves Miami with a 2017 OL class of Gaynor, Donaldson, & Dykstra thus far.

So heck yeah Miami needs to be all over Caleb Chandler. Coach Searels appears to feel his back up plan to Herbert is either Toryque Bateman or Thayer Munford (who would flip to OSU even if they offered him 30 seconds before he faxed his NLI to Miami). But who is the back up plan for TJ Slaton?

As for Bateman he put us in Top 3 (Miami, Mich, and U of L) but has yet to visit Miami.

Unfortunately this time of year is very fluid for Miami since we don't have the leverage, yet to lock down the quality recruits.

If something gets stated on here and repeated by enough posters then it becomes news worthy of being picked up by the Parrotnose News Service and then it gets parroted back to us with a video or some other visual

I've never seen you mad at him like you were the other day. He crossed the line of your Parrotnose for Francine gentlemen's agreement. I knew as soon as he called you that queso name coming from that canine poster that it was going to go south very fast. Since posters questioning what has been said about Hillery potentially flipping, feel the need to instigate attacks I will end their uninformed childish antics, with a quote regarding Hillery and UM .

It's a beautiful day down here in S. FLorida and I ain't worried about one **** thing... we will be fine on the OL. Quality is much more important than quantity. No more JAG's...
