Cager and langham

Nothing has changed, again I love The clutch plays he made but PLEASE put Cager and langham at the same position and HAVE them battle for that spot only. They can’t be occupying 2 spots on the field at once. They can’t get seperation consistently enough and Rosier is already inaccurate so you can’t expect for him to make great throws in tight windows routinely to these 2 guys. Sh*t makes us less explosive

Look at Cager up top 1 on 1, this happens a lot with him and langham. And Richards can’t get back healthy soon enough to get langham off the field because he isn’t productive...

I mean, you said It. Langham is a backup. The starters are supposed to be AR, JT, and Cager, which is a good mix of size and speed.

AR needs to get back in the lineup, and Pope needs to be playing ahead of Wiggins

Yeah, you recruit elite talent, play it

lol what is this suppose to show??.. do you think a 6'5 225lb Wide Receiver was suppose to juke a defender out his shows on a decoy route, 5 yard cut?

This is majority of the game, both of them don’t get seperation like that

Cager gets separation when the play calls for him to do so... we've seen him get separation several times throughout his career but his main job as a 6'5" 225lb WR is for him to go up and catch balls even if he is covered. It's the QBs job to throw the right pass to allow him the chance to go up and get it.

Langham is definitely not going to create separation, he's not that type of WR and we know that already.

But I do agree that I dont like having both of them on the field at the same time... i'd rather see Cager, Hightower, and Jeff Thomas on the field when AR82 is out. Dugans trust Cager and Langham on the field together for a reason though... im sure it has to do with not making mental errors, blocking, and as a security blanket in certain situations. Who knows but w/ Dugans i'm not questioning his decision making at all... you gotta earn it with him so thats what somebody like Pope needs to do.

Can’t be blocking because neither of them do that very well either especially Cager

I think pope is a dynamic player but I don’t think Wiggins is just rolling over and not workin his *** off to get on the field. Personally, I like that in a player. Can’t knock someone for earning PT.

right. i know cager caught a td but he is very slow. his one catch was a botched coverage, anyone would have gotten that pass.
he had that and another catch where he was open but he just lacks the explosiveness a pope or hightower brings. Hightower
is sneaky athletic.

It's crazy that Lawrence Cager still has one more year of eligibility.

AR82 and Cager could both decide to go pro or leave after this year... if they leave that's Langham, Cager, AR82 gone.
With Jeff Thomas, Mike Harley, Brian Hightower, Mark Pope, Marquez Ezzard, Dee Wiggins, Jeremiah Payton, and *Jadon Haselwood (wink) on the roster for 2019.

8 talented WRs still on the roster... 10 if Cager and AR82 comes back. STACKED regardless.

Seems like coach richt be reading these boards, didn’t see much of langham yesterday if at all
