Cager and langham

It can’t be stated enough...those 2 can’t be on the field at the same time period. Hope we see less of that as the season goes on. They can make plays but we need speed on the field at all times

I recall you being very pro Cager the past couple season. What changed?

Both their snaps should be cut in half at the least and given to the actual talent i.e. Hightower, Pope, Harley, Jordan, Mallory

Cager really needs to learn how to block.
Dude almost got Harley killed on a play ... feel like it should go both ways if you can’t block you can’t see the field because it’s not fair to the other wrs blocking for him not playing

And use his body!!! I was looking at the USC v. Stanford game and none of their receivers are speedsters, but they got one that’s 6’4 and another that’s 6’7 and they shield off defenders like no business. Also, I didn’t want to bring this up, but when Cager compared his hands to Maria Taylor’s hands, I was shocked at how small his hands were. He’s so talented; but he needs to get better at using his mismatch ability.

No one’s played “bad”, per se, but if I had to power rank Miami’s receivers right now...

1. Thomas
2. Hightower
3. Harley
4. Richards
5. Cager

* if I included the tight ends I’d slot Jordan above Harley and Mallory just below Cager. Miami needs y’all guys who can “Moss” smaller DB’s and Mallory did for his first TD.
#82 needs to play before he makes my list

Cager, Langham, Jordan and Mallory in the red zone is what I'd do in a video game. Maybe Njoku II would be a good fit there, too. Maybe it'd work in IRL. Our Red Zone offense can't get much worse. Its not like we run.

Cager was at least a foot taller than the guy covering him.

He's soft and overrated.

Anybody see Clemson and A&M last night? Cager needs to watch film of that big dude with the dreads on A&M. That is how you play WR at that size.

Can you read?
Because Malweak would’ve hit somebody in the upper deck.

Fan safety issue...

Sad that this is barely a joke. He overthrew Cager vs LSU and I asked my friend how the F do you throw a football a foot over someone who is 6'5

Naw I said He wasn’t consistent enough for me before the season.

I

I’m not saying he can’t play, he obviously can, but having both of the two big guys on the field at the same time makes our offense overall less explosive.

Nothing has changed, again I love The clutch plays he made but PLEASE put Cager and langham at the same position and HAVE them battle for that spot only. They can’t be occupying 2 spots on the field at once. They can’t get seperation consistently enough and Rosier is already inaccurate so you can’t expect for him to make great throws in tight windows routinely to these 2 guys. Sh*t makes us less explosive

Look at Cager up top 1 on 1, this happens a lot with him and langham. Now this is just one play but i saw it consistently in all of the games Miami had played this year. And Richards can’t get back healthy soon enough to get langham off the field because he isn’t productive enough...
