Per a Wisconsin Beat Writer Paul Chryst is poised to be the new Wisconsin head coach....possibility it could be announced in the next few days

Nothing definitive but this looks like the scenario

Update 12:13am: @RossJonesFOX: Pitt HC Paul Chryst is on way to Madison and is set to meet with UW, sources tell @FOXSports. Chryst appears to be front runner for the job.

does pitt want a coach they just beat?

u guys forget al's parents live in florida. i still think he is prob more comfortable at pitt tho.

one thing about pittsburgh AD, whether at Pitt or Nebraksa, he has a quick trigger finger to fire people. hope he would look at golden he seems like he might not be someone who would listen to his excuses

I highly doubt that Golden would go to Pitt, Wisconsin is basically the only fit that I viably see happening
 
And if there is no change in assistants this year most likely means next year after another 6-6 season,if lucky, he can fire some assitants than and get another year here.
