I guess you haven't heard of a little guy named Muhammed Wilkerson?

Pretty impressive list. Just a small correction, guys like Wilford and Rolle were freshmen during Coker's first year. But Butch got them here, nonetheless.

Yeah, but did those guys Deserve Victory?

Seriously, though, Butch is stepping up the pressure. Heard a recap of his call today and he was flat-out talking about how quick a new coach can turn around a program. Subtle dig at Golden (for not doing so) while pretty much intimating that he could do the job. At least that's what I heard!

Wikipedia says his college coaching record is 87-78...That's not that impressive and the BOT isn't going to give consideration for recruiting one of the all time great classes..

Butch would just create such a positive buzz among fans, boosters, players, alumni, and recruits. More competitive on the field would make the ACC proud again to have Miami in its conference. Bot do the right thing and hire Butch

Firing Day is 42 away.

With apologies to Dire Straits

Now look at them corches, that's the way you do it
You play football on the ACC
That ain't workin' that's the way you do it
Money for nothin' and your ties for free

Yeah, but how many coal shovelers did he produce, huh? Answer THAT question wise guy! First round talent, like yards, doesn't matter. When will you guys learn to see things Al's way. Joe-Pa Terno....

Can we get the star ratings on all of them thanks

I believe the star ratings system didn't officially start until the 2002 class (Vince Young was one of the first 5 star rated prospects) so Butch's recruits wouldn't have had any star ratings.

notice the drop off we had since that started? everyone knew who was a player and before they didnt, that hurtmiami.

How many titles did he win while coaching?

With all that talent, at least 1 would have been nice.

I'll tell you one thing we wouldn't be seeing with Butch as HC, and that's Calloway, Powell, Michel, Cook, Amari Cooper, Ridley, Rudolph, and all the other monster players from our backyard destroying **** at other programs.

those teams just played so fast.. and were so enjoyable to watch.. this team is tough to stomach.. looks like they run in slow motion

The only great football we've had here in the last 20 years is thanks to this man and we still have fans taking shots at him.
