You really think butch at his age wants to go to somewhere like bum fck kansas and coach? It's Miami or nowhere and let it be known he did these antics to rub it in the face of this sorry *** administration who wouldn't give him a chance.

I'm with you.
I've been a fan since the mid- 70's and this one hurts about as much as any other loss I've experienced.

My big problem is I'm the eternal optimist. Every year, I believe. God help me I still do. (There' s a pathology there).
This last decade and a half has been friggin' rough though.

Bro, ease up my man. I know we’re all frustrated and are grasping and trying to justify why or how we could lose to FIU....but record or fake injuries be damned, we’re closer to a G5 team right now & have zero business talking about what Butch is doing down the street.

They could be 2-9 and it wouldn’t change a **** thing that he completely out classed Wanny. We’ve just lost to a 5-6 UNC team, a 3-8 GT team and a 5-5 G5 FIU team this season. Faking injuries was not, repeat, NOT the reason we lost. Keep in mind, FIU also had like 125 yrds in penalties that kept our drives alive or killed theirs. The game could’ve been much worst, which is even more disheartening.

Look no further than a true freshman on the sideline looking for internet views leading dance moves when down 13 or JW receiving player of the game plaques after losing to UNC. We’re down 3 scores, yet continuing to bleed 25 secs off the play clock w 8 to play. This is who we are, and the ultimate disrespect and slap to the face is our sponsor, Adidas, gave the theme “Miami Nights” to FIU. Smh.

I was wondering why the **** we decide to play a slow *** game when down midway through the 4th.

Or at the end of the 2nd not taking advantage of our defense and using timeouts to try to get a score before half.
 
The fact that this didn't motivate the crap out of our players and coaches is the troubling thing here. They just kind of complained and then went on poorly executing plays, not adjusting to what they were doing, and over all just being out played by a team and coach that wanted to win way more than you did. Pathetic performance. And no one at the University cares one bit.

Butch and FIU weren't desperate last night. They kicked our f#cking as.s all over the field all game long. The desperate team was the one frantically having to run the hurry up and having to ineptly attempt multiple onside kicks at the end of the game vs a middling Conference USA team with vastly inferior talent. Manny got the embarrassment he deserved..

LMAO Butch out smarts Miami again with his High School team to boot. Don't blame Butch blame the liberals in charge of the school for not hiring real coaches that are proven winners. So now we get what liberals are good at, giving everyone a participation ribbon for last place.
