I prefer to not make either pro-butch or anti-butch threads and just wait for a coach, but I do understand that there isn't much fun in that
 
don't even know why we must put a "pro" butch thread. the man did wonders for us here, period. i don't give a (((((bleep))))) what he did at a school i can care less about...i know what high school recruits are saying and they are saying if Butch comes, they come. No handcuffs, w/ his eye for talent=ressurection of the U.
 
Its a good thing he didnt coach the 2001 team because with out a doubt he does something stupid to mess up the NC.

That '99 squad should have won 11 games. Who can forget ECU and PSU? The talent was there, but we were still unsettled at quarterback and along the offensive line.

The best coRch available is Mario Cristobal. Next in line would be Chud, Schiano, Kiffin.

The best coach available is Jim Tressel. Next in line would be Gundy, Patterson, Mullen, Herman.

I want Tressel but that isn't happening.
 
You guys need to remember is 2000 there was no BCS or playoff.. FSU jumped UM(even though Miami beat FSU) to eventually lose to a Oklahoma. That Miami team would have dismantled that Oklahoma team. I was in person for the 2000 Sugar Bowl. Florida had no shot..
