I would actually Just to get us back in football though it won’t happen. I think he’s past the days we’d need him at as a coach at this age, though still better than Manny. I think he’s always made really good to great player and coach personnel decisions and would know what we need. I think he’s make great hires and good give an up and coming coach great advice.

i think he’s hire other competent AD staff to handle other functions he might not understand as well.
