Agreed.

I'm always toughest on oline coaching and just like Searles, our Oline has terrible pass blocking technique. The technique is so bad that I can't say they are devoid of talent until I see better coaching.

We can’t even identify simple assignments and establish anchor points. That’s day one ****. We get rag dolled vs. 3 man rushes regularly. No footwork. No hand placement. Terrible all the way around. Searles was better ffs

These are Searles guys....Zion Nelson included. What exatcly was he better at other than yelling?. It **** usre isnt recruiting.
 
Not defending the coach, but Jesus there isn't much you can do to coach guys like donaldson who got thrown to the side by a lb who was a foot shorter and a hundred pounds lighter than him(and I'm being generous dude was a small lb). Eventually a 330 pound guy just has to pancake the midget bull rushing him.

Searels guys? He’s still gotta get something done with them. Does everyone else doing a ****** job coaching get a pass because the players aren’t “their guys?”

The previous OL coach couldnt recruit a Tackle to save his life. And even if he stayed he was filling last years class with stooges. My observance was last year Tackle he had pinned as some sort of bookend in Michael Tarquin. He eventually went to UF....but that kid could barely get out of his stance when i saw him and had a train ran on him at Paradise camp by any end worth a sh*t no matter their grade level )(10th graders included)

There is NOTHING Barry can do to make them soft mfers tough...or make Donaldosn be able to move his feet at this point. Zion Nelson to me is a wash i really dont care what he does as he is a guy that is literally group of 5 level and at any ther school in the big 3 would be shirting this year. Yet he likely is the best we can stick out wide and HE IS getting his *** whopped.

The problem i REALLY see though...is in recruiting i dont see them after ANY JUCOS or having a shot at any plug n play 4 or 5 star type recruits...and just lost the best OT in south florida today to Uf

I still can’t get over us wanting Hilery after Paradise. Searles saw him get beat 5-6 times by dudes who weren’t even P5 level

Barry’s prototype idea of a tackle is a tall 220lb TE that he can mold into an OL. Sure, that works on occasion with guys like Winston. However that should never be your go to for any OL position. This guy is essentially recruiting projects to protect our QBs blindside.

Anyone could do that against us. It isn’t an accomplishment to perform well against us. It used to be an accomplishment to put up a fight against us but...
 
Barry needs to go as well as Baker, Stroud, Patke, and Banda. Diaz needs to sit Enos down and demand we run an uptempo wide open pass happy offense exclusively from the shotgun with Perry as the QB. Baxa needs to be gone yesterday. That missed PAT that would have given us the lead was beyond inexcusable. That team had fought and clawed it's way back into position to take the lead and that goofball can't even make a straight on PAT? Dude needs the soap in the pillow case treatment. Kid is a loser.

On second thought there is no salvaging this garbage dump of a team. The entire coaching staff needs to go and more importantly, that cuck AD needs to be gone ASAP.

I mean we knew Barry wouldn't have a lot to work with in terms of experience but AT LEAST show some kind of improvement as the season progresses. He's been really bad.
