U do realize searles left us in this mess. He left us being forced to start a true freshman left tackle that had to add 40lbs to even look like a tackle. Barry has been left with a **** hole. O lines take 3 years to let u know who ur coaches are

We have some moronic fans. First off we have one junior on the line and the rest freshman and sophomore. You can thank Richt for that. I’m still flabbergasted that his first class he took 1 oline when it was an issue way back then as well. He’s not even on the roster. You win in college with upperclassmen in the trenches. Look at the size of Patchan and how he’s a grown man as opposed to just even two years ago.

If you listen to Manny, he’s not building for this year. Realistically we weren’t going to win anything special this year. So he’s sticking with the young guys outside and leaving Scaife and Donaldson at their true positions. A decision that will benefit them long after they are done here. Searles had guys to work with but decided to play less talented players. Richts JV offense didn’t help but Searles was trash.

Nope, he didnt get left empty, he got left, donaldson, scaife, gaynor, campbell, reed and better players to work with before coach richt got here. Remember, it was only 3 years coach richt and his offensive crew were here. The so the guys like gaynor, donaldson and scaife were are start of better o-line play, we havent had True tackles playing in here consistently for a li, while now, but that's all changing with the way the recruiting class looks now. That loss to the gaytors was on the coaching staff, particularly the oc and special teams, 3points off of 4 turnovers is pathetic! At that rate we'd need 8 just to get 3 more points! Time to see if coach enos ego gets in the way of what actually needs to be done! Im still wondering how perry would've looked in this offense, for sure he would've been looking for jt4 on the deep balls, jarrens arm is decent but perry has a rocket, im just curios to see if he can actual complete bombs when given the time, he doesnt seem to trust his arm on the deep throws!
