As much as I detest Ohio State, I think Downs was a great pick. There were some really dumb picks in the first round, though.

Downs was the best player for OSU against UM. He forced 2 fumbles from Toney and made a lot of good plays. He’s legit.

I thought Downs was really good that game, but I didn’t watch any other OSU games. And yeah he reminded me of the UM safety’s like Philips or Darryl Williams. Not Ed, ST or Blades, but just a notch below which is still really good.

the comment about Scott’s mind makes me think about the Pick 6 because not only did he know the play based on formation, he gave JJ the false step to the outside before jumping inside. To process that much so quickly is amazing. Equally amazing is that he lasted until the 4th round. What in the world do NFL GM’s pay attention to?

Aye man i love ke and kobe but downs is light years better than both. He was the only player i thought had a case over bain this year
