“Who doesn’t want to be in Miami? This ain’t Tuscaloosa where Saturdays might be great, but Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, you’re still in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.”

Need a full 7 days of activities in Columbus, OH now.

I know there’s legitimately some Suckeyes fans that are praying for this 🤣

PS. Mali is your only savior (true dual threat)!

I used to think this but if so how did we end up sucking for so long?

Dogs would rather go to a winner in a better location than a winner in a worse location. Dogs would also rather go to a winner in a ****** location over a loser in a good location

Setting can only take you so far when the administration and the coaching staff is lacking. Just look at our run of HCs after Butch left:
Coker -- basically a substitute teacher that won with immense talent. Once the talent left, we saw him for what he was.
Shannon -- dude recruited 7 LBers in one class and we ended up having our punter running routes in practice.
Golden -- was not a good fit in every way with Miami.
Richt -- would've been great! If he was hired ten years earlier. I do give him credit for laying the foundation for the current Canes.
Diaz -- job was way too much for him to handle.

And it didn't seem as if the admin side of things cared much until we got called out on national TV. Thankfully, we got an HC who witnessed and understood what it takes to modernize a college program.
