2028 Brysen Wright WR Mandarin

Moore and Wingo are the only guys I would be sad losing tbh. I like Upshaw but imo he's a slot being forced outside and has dropped passes 3 games in a row. Everyone else is a development player.

Wingo and Wright are buddies so doubt he leaves and he’s getting some burn

Moore was starting this year Trumpycane believes so he’s fine

I could see upshaw leaving , prob Auburn . Wingo and Moore u believe stay . Evans , upshaw would be my two guesses . Once Sears and wright beat out some dbs I see 2 or 3 leaving too

Yeah throw there cheap a** out of there. We not dabo and Kirby here.

When the Fab 5 went got to Michigan the older players knew they weren't playing in front of those guys. Other than Malachi, Sears, Wright, and Lanier, I believe can get snaps that would otherwise go to older guys.
Lennear has improvements he needs to make to play year 1. Wingo, Moore, Upshaw all will be way ahead. Woodard will be his main challenger if anything.

When Mensah goes pro, his $ comes off the books. Nickel is probably gone once we get the portal QB. I'd also guess that some of the younger WRs portal out too.

When we win the ACC + make another playoff run, money won't be an issue.
Why's that?assuming money is an issue at any point.

Is that what you want?
Why would I want that? Sometimes people can't take themselves out of that fan perspective. This is a kid that seems to be pretty good. Better than I initially gave him credit for when I spoke on the competition in the area I wasn't fond of. However as a recruit this kid has a lot of options and his local school that was his initial priority is making him a priority and has for quite a while. You think a kid like that is automatically going to say I want to go cross country and compete with a wide receiver room like we have already let alone everyone else we have coming in? My two cents I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't stick. If he does that's great because I'd love for us to have somebody at least that can make our special teams relevant again whether that's him or Nick or anyone else I'm just tired of us not being game changers on special teams anymore

Didn't mean any disrespect. It's just that I'm a " cross that bridge when we get to it " type of fan.

Hope he sees it and embraces the competition knowing it will make him better over going the easy route to where he will probably play day 1 without much resistance.

I get it and I didn't take any disrespect from it. I just simply try and help people see more than a Fan's perspective. This is a life-changing moment In Time for a child and his family. Let alone what it can mean for his future. I don't know if you've ever been to Westwood. Football wise I'm not quite there yet for them. But the town in itself definitely isn't too bad of a place. Very nice University and again you can't blame a kid for considering all the other factors at play. Add into that he's going to make significant money up to this point in his life or his families no matter where he goes.

I get it. You always want a kid who embraces competition. But we also want someone that is realistic on his path. Cuz we don't want a kid who's coming here thinking he's automatically got a path towards play on day one. We've got a lot of alphas in this room and assuming he's an alpha he would simply be another one out of a loaded room. We've got dudes on this team right now that took the exact path you're saying and probably will never get any playing time here or minimal at that. Because there's only one football and on average mid-50s to 70 snaps a game. Not many snaps to go around when you talking about 12 deep let alone tight ends & the running back room we have as well. We just got to realize it's not personal for us. But we're talking about kids lives moving forward.
