The ball security, or lack of is worrisome but he’d 1000% be much better here with this bevy of weapons and I imagine a much improved OL. I’ve heard he could go back to Oregon though.

I hope we swing for the fences, not sure who/what that means though but who thought Mensah would be an option at this point last year?

very true, but if we're rolling the dice on a cheaper option, do we even guarantee a starting job? i don't know that i'd hand someone like JKS the spot over nickel without making them battle for it. JKS is supremely talented but his accuracy and decision making have been straight up disastrous at times. you'd be making a big bet on how much of that is due to the situation at cal.
