I was picking up some Texas Roadhouse to-go last night and had on my Miami hey dudes and old man with a walker and an old *** yellow FSU hat came out and walked by and said "refs gave you one" and I put him in his place. I've been to that level since the Cotton Bowl win.

I've become un****withable and take **** from no one. Especially FSU fans.

If Mario keeps recruiting as he is for 2027, and likely even for 2028, then we may look back at 2025-2026 seasons as just “good”.

Mario will never say this because he hates the comparison, but I think he is trying to recreate the 2000-2001 talent level when 1st round pick was being replaced by 1st round pick. It would be unprecedented to do this in the modern CFB landscape.

He’s not trying to recreate that team. He’s trying to create a decade of teams like that. It’s possible. If butch stayed we could have had that. If Jimmy stayed we could have had that. He knows it and he is going to die trying to do it.
