Yeah, nice shout-out and publicity to an event on the eve of the biggest college football game with hundreds of journalists and media outlets in Miami. Well-played. Why not stage an inner-city riot while we're at it.

Same with D.C and neighboring Maryland, especially Prince George's ("PG") county. I lived in apartment complexes in PG during early 1990s. My neighbor was a DC cop and one day he packed up and left with wife, said he was seeing the folks he was arrestimg in DC showing up in our area. No bueno for him and pregnant wife. Advised me to scoot as well.
A few months later my brother and wife who had recently arrived from Miami were held up at gunpoint in parking lot and this was followed by a shootout and my car broken into. Yeap, it was time to leave.
