Bruce, Sam

This staff is infinitely better than the staff that preceded them. If Bruce can't see that, so be it. If we have gone in a different direction, I trust them. Still think he will be in this class if the staff wants him.

No other school will have Beard by signing day. So he's not gonna follow him anywhere. At worst he is hurt that he didn't have the pull he may have thought he did. End of day, Beard won't be his coach next year. He either coming or not... just an attention point or an excuse. No worries

Nobody was saying this before beard was let go

Well...nobody asked

Nobody asked this time either

Yet you responded like some jilted prom queen virgin

lol....Your response made no sense whatsoever but I bet it sounded cool in your head. Keep it there next time and maybe you being dumb can be our little secret..

meh...you bore me

No 5'8 receiever is gonna make or break in this class.....but dammit this sends a message to the city I want him in this class

Never saw him play but when I found out he was only 5'8" I thought Golden had finally lost it...Everyone says he's a great one but from where I'm sitting the game starts at 6'0" for wide receivers...

Have to disagree with hat mane... A playmaker is a playmaker.. Sean spence came here 5'11 190 and was the best linebacker his true freshman year i.... A playmaker is a playmaker

Yall still talking about his height again smh, with beard and bruce he took care of him for awhile they are really close, so i understand him saying some things but at the end of the day the kid will probably be a cane and be contributing and making plays day one

I remember laughing at the Noles when they signed Lamarcus Joyner who's also 5'8. I though Laron Byrd would abuse that kid with his height. There's a reason Joyner's a 2nd round pick in the NFL now. Being slightly short doesn't mean ****.

santana, sinorice, roscoe, travis benjamin.......we have a good history of sub 6'0 playmakers

Steve Smith of the Ravens, Jackson of the Redskins, Odel Beckem Jr of the Giants all listed under 6'0 in Indy. Pretty sure Wes Welker and Julian Edellman are under 6'0. Plenty of tall Wr's that are not worth crap. When your good your good. Watching Sam Bruce highlights the cat plays bigger than his list weight.

Does he have alligator arms?

Height be damned.... Sam Bruce is a baller and we need him. We need this type of player on the team. Kid is a baller and players gravitate to him

Those guys were alot faster than Bruce

And another thing that is over blown by people is his "lack" of speed, the dude ran a 4.5 laser with a messed up ankle, the kid can run
And he's quick with mad toughness. Santana and Steve Smith would love this kid but some fans won't because of height? OK and watch the 6'0 and up busts in this class and tell me Bruce isn't good enough

Oh no! He'll never be able to win a jump ball. What a hindrance that will be.

Just put the tape on and watch the kid. You'll never worry about his height again.

Get open, catch the ball, run north, score. That's his job- and he does it mighty well. Height doesn't affect any of those things.
