Mario would be a good hire....He did decent job at FIU. Did as much as he could with that garbage squad. Had a couple winning seasons. Great recruiter, learning under Saban. Would most likely keep Coley and grab a good DC. I would def be cool with that hire....

Substitute Temple for FIU and you could pretty much say the exact same thing about Golden. We need a proven winner. Not a guy who had moderate success at a ****ty program.

This. No more hiring guys from **** schools because they did something other than completely suck. If we're going to hire a guy from a ****** school, it better be Jim McElwain. He's actually had exceptional results at CSU--not just "pretty good"--and has been successful as a coordinator in major CFB.

Mario would be ******* terrible. UM needs a great head coach, not some ******* clown who hasn't proven that he can win anything.
