Lame duck AD Manuel is telling parents, they won't be making any NIL offers until they have a new HC and GM. He didn't say, a new AD, but everyone knows.These parents are ****ed and their sons have offers from other teams, now. The players went home Monday and return Friday, supposedly. Biff is saying his roster likely looks much different with opt outs Friday the 26th. It is sounding like they shouldn't be letting Biff do Texas podcasts, also.
