It's ridiculous. Schott and Gilbert should have been getting FAR more PT than they have been. Idk what the **** our TE coach is doing, but it's not much imo

Pete has said Schott was *** at practices and led the team in drops.

If the coaches can't trust you ... you won't play.

Pete said he lead the team in drops in Spring/Fall camps so exactly how do you know he's any good? You don't.

still tough to give up on a TF that seemed to bulk up a ton in the offseason, like a puppy growing into his body.

I am still just shocked at what Cig has done at Indiana. Like i love it dont get me wrong but they are so well coached and so diverse....

Mendoza throws for 3,000 yards with 35td and 6 ints

They have a 1,000 yard back and almost had a second back eclipse 1,000

3 wrs over 500 yards, top two guys have 12/13 tds each so they spread it around AND their TE added another 400 yds and 2 tds just wild how balanced they are

He quit halfway through his Freshman season. He gave up on himself.

I ain’t too mad about the kid going home.

Also IU hasn’t had those kind of athletes… he was raw, but considering Cigs track record of development could be a force there down the line.
 
I liked what I saw from him. Had what looked to be good short area quickness and vision. But this is the portal. Give and take.
