There are plenty of good OC’s out there or you could buy someone out of their contract. For instance, David Yost makes $600k at TT and the you could very simply pay to buy him out of his contract and hire him.

My fear with the OC hire Richt will hire basically a clone of himself instead of an innovator.

One issue may be the Bedenbaugh’s been there 5 years and wife Is from Oklahoma. I think he was given a raise to $625, but we should offer him close to $1 mil.

Really? If Nick Saban needed an offensive coordinator, which he will at the end of the season, do you think he's going to say all of the good ones are gone or is he going to poach a good one. It's not about money... it is about effort. Great play callers are everywhere in college football and at all levels. You have to have the desire to go and get one.
